The horrific auto no-fault reform has cut reimbursement rates by 45% for over 17,000 individuals, forcing 68 nursing agencies out of business so far, leaving thousands of individuals without care, sentencing many to death. The checks being "refunded” are coming from the catastrophic fund that was set up over 40 years ago to care for these individuals.

Give those funds back to whom they were meant for.
